TV One is a venture of Radio One, Inc., the largest radio broadcaster primarily targeting
African American and urban listeners, and Comcast Corporation, the largest cable
operator in the country, along with Bear Stearns, Constellation Ventures, Syndicated
Communications and Opportunity Capital Partners.
